"It was easy to schedule the original consultation on their webpage, and Michael did a great job examining my house and explaining the work that would be done. The price was considerably less than the previous quote that I received, so I accepted it. The technicians installed the system over two days. The new low-profile condenser on my back patio doesn't take up much space, and it's a lot quieter than most that I've heard at other houses. There was an issue with the exhaust pipes and safety switch in the attic that required them to come out and make corrections a couple weeks after installation, but they corrected the issue promptly, and since then I've been enjoying my cooler house.
