They send us a picture and a phone number of the technician that came to the house and their requirements for social distancing. Angelo (the technician) was professional and provide explanations of everything that he will do to fix the problem. He pressurized the gas lines (Furnace and Water Tank) and tell us that our tank will need to be replace in the near future (something that we know). I think that my only concern or misunderstand was that he went out to Home Depot to buy a part to fix the problem. I was understanding that because those are standard plumbing sizes, they will have that in their car. However, I should say that their price was fine, even when they went out and spend some time buying the part. I will higher them again."
