The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. "I had good customer service all along the way. The owner I spoke to on the phone was very easy to talk to. We also had a lady come out to do the estimate and show color samples who was very friendly. The man who did the refinishing had some equipment problems which caused a slight delay but he was quick to fix his machine and did good work. He patiently mixed different stains and sampled them to give us exactly what we wanted. 
Bottom line: the floor looks great, there was no mess, and we're very happy.
