"I hired home pros to re-pipe my home and from the beginning they were prompt, knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They explained the process and it was exactly what they said. Once the work was done they worked with me to schedule the final inspection. I take care of my 4 grandchildren and 2 of them are on the spectrum and I take them to therapy so my schedule is kind of crazy to say the least but home pros worked with me. "Prior to installation, my water heater was old but compliant with local laws and passed inspection. After installation, it failed inspection, and Raider Rooter refused to address the issue. They claim I need an electrician to install a shut-off valve, citing a “new law,” but this requirement has existed since 2011—something any reputable plumber should know. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."
