He came right on time to give an estimate. Al gave me options as to ways to handle the problem and his pricing seemed reasonable. He didn't try to talk me into the more expensive solution and said that he could do the job(s) right then. He finished the repairs quickly and was pleasant to deal with. "I needed to replace my old hot water heater. I chose this company and called and left a message. Steve called me back promptly and I explained what I needed done. I also told him that the space where the unit was located was extremely small, and he said no problem. He quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable. He answered every questions that I had (and I had quite a few) We scheduled an appointment for the installation. He called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. After the job was finished, he sent me the paperwork to obtain my permit from the township. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again should I need to. Job well done."
