"I hired home pros to re-pipe my home and from the beginning they were prompt, knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They explained the process and it was exactly what they said. Once the work was done they worked with me to schedule the final inspection. I take care of my 4 grandchildren and 2 of them are on the spectrum and I take them to therapy so my schedule is kind of crazy to say the least but home pros worked with me. They were amazing and very supportive of my situation. Now the work they did in my home was very professional and they did an outstanding job!! Instead, the technician recommended a full replacement and charged me over $1,000 with no clear explanation or alternatives offered. The situation has only gotten worse. The newly installed toilet is now leaking and wobbling ? problems that never existed before their involvement. I am in a worse position than when I started, and the work this company was paid to perform is directly responsible. When I reached out to report these issues, I received no response. Multiple attempts to contact them have been met with complete silence. A company that was quick to collect payment has shown zero accountability when it comes to standing behind their work. I feel overcharged, misled, and ignored. The service was poor, the workmanship was substandard, and the customer service was nonexistent. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere."
