"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Scott is a great guy and skilled technician. I attempted to repair my ac unit myself. I called him on Saturday morning because I needed a fan puller to get the old one off and Scott brilliantly called a place that offered one and allowed me to pick it up and use it then buy it after the job was complete! How awesome is that? In the process of replacing the condenser fan I must’ve displaced a wire or something and informed Scott. Who then called me and came out on his afternoon off to fix the issue! Do yourself a favor and call Scott the first time. He does a great job and won’t jerk you around like some of his competitors."

Bob and Kyle did an outstanding job, very professional, and they were finished in a day and a half. "The work was great. Scotty and his team do nice work and if we weren't happy with anything, they fixed it. I waited a year after the work was completed to do this review to make sure I was pleased with the final outcome. About 4 months after the work was done, we found a crack in one of the granite counter tops. It took some time, but they did replace it at no cost and Scotty's work left zero trace of the rework."
