"Went to pick out stone that matched what we had used several years ago. They did not have the exact stone, but showed us a stone that was very close. Ordered the suggested amount for the project on a Friday, and it was delivered on the next Tuesday. The stone matched what we had in the yard beautifully. We did have about half the stone left over, and I called to schedule a pickup. The remaining stone was picked up within the week, and we were credited for the amount we did not use. "Isabel was patient with me, meeting with me several times to discuss what needed to be done. He also met with the insurance adjuster and the engineer the insurance company sent out. While the insurance company did not pay a claim, they did provide agreement with Isabel aas to how to do the repairs. When I got past the sticker shock, then pulled together the funds, Isabel and his men came and did the job. Isabel took time regulary to show me exactly how things were and also explain to me what he was doing. We consulted together, and were able to save some money in the process which savings he passed on to me. His employees were all cordial, hard working, and diligent. I have not seen any collateral damage from sloppiness or carelessness. A couple little things unrelated to the main job came up or were observed by him and they were addressed at no additional charge. In the process of the job, I had occasion to talk to others in general construction work and everyone I spoke to about Isabel James of Shelbyville said they either knew him or had heard of him and everyone had nothing but good things to say about him. The only thing left to do in a couple days is pressure washing once the mortar sets. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the work."

He did remove all the damaged carpet. He did come back for a few days to also check on how dry the walls were. We would hire this company again and request Anthony to do the job."

"Guys showed up as was told by Jimmy. I was worried about the integrity of my brick foundation being compromised being a hundred years old and having no footer. So salesman Andrew said guys will break up the concrete floor, lay tile, and concrete one wall at a time do it may take 3 days to complete job. I liked their drain tile the best out of the companies that came by and his answer to preserving my brick foundation. So I hired them I was a little shocked at the 40% down to get scheduled and started seeing how many bad contractors are out there ripping people off. But I paid the 40% and as advertised guys showed up 3.5 weeks later to do the job. Guys finished in one day which was surprising to me because salesman Andrew said 3 days to make sure brick foundation was cared for but that didn't happen. Guys cleaned up after themselves, when done collected payment and explained warranty info. Quality of work was good details could have been better or more crisp like the application of cleanspace to wall wallintegrityand lip board that will catch any water running down wall.I would hire again as long as my brick foundation maintains its integrity. And so far no water in basement. <br />"

The railings look great and he also replaced an outlet that was in poor shape (of course this was added to the cost which is only fair.)
