Within an hour, the technician Derek arrived, I gave all the information to him, and he started immediately. The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. That rarely happens with contractors. Within 30 minutes, he had the main drain cleared from the house to the septic. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price! For emergency service, and the work that was done, the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and heating, and of course Derek."

When the main street pipe started draining into my basement Dave called the city after hours and had them clear the clog, saved me from a disaster. They came on Tuesday morning and finished by end of day Thursday. They dug a trench through the basement then outside to the sidewalk to replace the piping. Incredible job. It was expensive but I knew that going in, just unfortunate."

"Van is the nicest guy, but clogged drains don't care, so he becomes an Alligator gobbling up the **** in your blocked pipes. He found and cleared my blockage almost 50 feet deep in the pipes!
