"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They were prompt to respond and were here to quickly assess the issues with my furnace and A/C system. After correcting the thermostat issue from a previous repair service the furnace was fixed. I had explained that we were told we would need a new furnace and A/C system by another contractor. I was told by Gnoth and Naragon Heating, LLC we did not need a new furnace or A/C and the extreme expense for a new system. The furnace & central A/C system did not need changed but they would test the A/C system for the leaks in the cooling system. We had the A/C system charged last summer due to a slow leak and were told then the whole system would have to be replaced this year. Gnoth gave me an estimate with the possibility of needing just a new A - coil only and would save me thousands of dollars. They were honest up front with what the estimate would cost and scheduled a date prior to the outdoor heat to test and correct the A/C system. Within a few days the service tech was here and repaired our system. A+ to the honesty, courtesy, knowledge, testing, and cost savings was every bit of 5 star rating and more.
