"On time, in fact earlier than expected. Courteous technicians. Provided options for repair or replacement and was forthcoming about what he saw. Recommended a highly reviewed water heater. All around excellent."

"Terrific response timing and super friendly. Had to use them on two separate issues with ten days each time they sent a knowledgeable, competent, plumber who made the repair (installing new water line shut offs as well as a new hot water heater) within hours. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter"

"Hired BFMD for a water main break. They were quick, clean and somehow replaced 100 feet of degraded water main line without destroying my yard or driveway. They even offered interest free financing for 18 months. Glad this is behind us and yes I would recommend!"

"Chris was my plumber and he was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my project. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs. They will be my go-to service provider for my future needs."

"Professional and efficient. Chris did an A/C repair on a part under warranty from another company. He quickly coordinated getting the new part through the warranty and completed the repair quickly. Will recommend to others."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Several years back, I called for help and we talked through my problem. We concluded that no water was leaving my house and it was backing up out of a pipe in the basement. In talking through our architecture and location, he determined this was most likely something that could be solved by Baltimore City services (for free). That turned out to be the case. The City workers came out fairly quickly, identified and cleared the clog outside my home, and I paid nothing (outside of my tax returns, of course ... "my tax dollars at work"). Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people. And that may be the main thing we shop for in home services."

"Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."
