"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"The value of a contractor is not only judged by how well the finished product is when completed but also by how well the contractor manages any interim problems or concerns. Without going into detail, Bill and Ideal Pool Services responded to those interim problems with the absolute finest customer service I have experienced. The final product was on time, within quoted price and all with superb follow up by Bill."

"My regular pool service company said I needed a new pump. Wanted a second opinion which was Blue. Water. Their technician correctly diagnosed the problem - saved me from needlessly replacing the pump.

"The process was quick and professional. He repaired the tub on the same day he gave me the estimate. The tub looks like new and has a one year warranty.

"We had Everic Pool replaster our 19,500 gallon pool back in 2020. We were super happy with the quality of work and super impressed at how good of a job they did. We decided to contact them again in January 2024 to have our pool retiled. It’s a family owned business, which impressed us in the first place. We had contacted other pool contractors and Everic Pool beat all their prices. Thank you Everic Pool! ?♀️"
