"Bay coast plumbing was great! Responded almost immediately to phone message in the morning and were at the house that afternoon. After confirming that the water heater needed replaced, all the options and what to expect with the repair and visuals of the new system were explained in detail. "I had problems in our back yard with water pooling during heavy rainfall and was concerned about possible flooding of our house and garage.  We have a pool and concrete patio, so I knew this was not going to be an easy fix.

Rob came out and spent about 2 hours looking over our situation and talking about options.  After he left, he came up with a single plan with components so we could proceed one step at a time, then wait and evaluate the success of that step or do a number of steps at once. 

Since we we were very concerned about the possibility of flooding, we elected to proceed with regrading, adding an exterior drainage line from the garage to the street, replacing an existing line from the house to the street, adding catch basins and re-grading areas around the house and garage.

The work was done at the days and times arranged; the crew was very considerate and professional and the work was beautiful.

I very creatively duct taped it back together, but the subdivision was not impressed and insisted on a replacement. I found Y &D on Angie's list and called them. I detailed the materials I needed. We set a time & they arrived with materials needed, including new post, new box, etc. They installed the post in concrete. The new mailbox is very stable, well constructed, perfectly lined up, and the most elegant on this block. I will hire them for more work later in the summer.
