It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!"
