"About 2 months ago we had the techs from Diffley Drain Service out. At that time they ran a snake through the drain and pulled out a small root 75 feet down the line which at the time seemed to clear the backup which was manifesting itself in our basement utility sink. Thirty-three days later the problem manifested itself again and to their credit even though it was three days over the warranty period they came back out without any fuss. They snaked the drain again this time going out 105 feet without clearing anything. Now here is where things get a bit dodgy, rather than add a 2nd reel of cable onto the snake (or really even mentioning it) to enable them to snake further the tech tells my wife that they will need to install an external access point in the yard so they can snake further down the line and that will cost $3000. We say we'll think about it and explore other options. Once we watched some videos and educated ourselves about the matter we ended up hiring a different drain service. The new company we hired used 2 spools of snake to be able to go further down the line and cleared a bunch of roots 140 feet down the line. BUYER BEWARE with Diffley Drain Service they seem to only give you part of the story in order to seem credible. I will say that Diffley comes quickly and promptly which when you have sewer backup issues is a positive and they are initially reasonably priced but educate yourself about your problem or you will get taken advantage of."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

He handled everything from the blueprint planner, DEM, licenses from town, down to the installation. At the end showed me the set up and explained to me the maintanence of the tank. "Have never had this quality of service and expertise in any home repair. I thought that I had to replace my heating/hot water boiler but after a thorough review/examination of my present boiler system Eddie assured me that after some repairs to my present system it would be as good as new. BEFORE ANGIE I HAD A PLUMBER FROM WOONSOCKET,RI. C.J.NEMES,INC OF 37 CORY STREET. HE SENT OUT LUIGIE AND I THINK HIS NAME WAS GEORGE, LUIGIE USED THE WORD Fâ -K AT LEAST 10 OR 12 TIMES WHILE IN MY HOME. HE ALSO HAD TO BE ON SOME DRUGS, HE WAS SO JITTERY,MADE ME A NERVOUS WRECK, COULD NOT WAIT FOR THEM TO LEAVE. THE OTHER MAN TOLD ME WHEN WE WERE IN ANOTHER ROOM AWAY FROM LUIGIE THAT U HAVE TO TREAT LUIGIE WITH KID GLOVES, AND FOR ME NOT TO SAY OR ASK ANY QUESTIONS, IN MY OWN HOME AND I AM THE PAYING CUSTOMER. I KNOW FOR A FACT ANGIE HIRES FROM C.J.NEMES BECAUSE I HAVE READ SOME OF THE COMMENTS FROM SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO HAD C.J. NEMES. MY LEAK WAS NOT FIXED AND I CALLED NEMES TWICE AND EACH TIME GOT A RECORDING, LEFT MESSAGES AND HE NEVER RETURNED CALLS.ALSO GEORGE DID THE BILL $175.00, AND I GAVE A CHECK WHICH HE CASHED IMMEDIATELY! SO I AM OUT THAT MONEY, AND THAT IS ALOT TO RETIRED AND ONLY A SMALL SS DEPOSIT EACH MONTH . AND U USE THIS THIEF!!!! I PROBABLY WASTED MY TIME GIVING U ALL THIS INFO BECAUSE U WILL PROBABLY NOT GET RID OF NEMES OR LUIGIE?"
