"I called yesterday just before 5pm and requested someone come by during my lunch hour the next day to take a look at a hinge that had broken loose from the steel garage door on my home.  Brent was waiting for me when I got to my house at 12:05pm and was very friendly and professional.  He confirmed that it would be an easy fix to replace the old hinge with a new hinge with better reinforcement.  He had the hinge in his truck and repaired the door within 15 minutes.  I asked for a quote for a new door, which he provided for me before he left, and he quickly informed me that since the machine was still working that I didn't need to replace anything at this time.  He even greased the door before he left so it didn't squeak anymore!  How nice!!! <br />"
