"I called them and spoke to chris who sent out a service tech within 45 minutes.  The tech was clean, efficient and professional.  he was able to complete the job with minimal disruption to the sink and cleaned up thouroughly after he was done,  in all, a great experience and well worth the cost since no cuts had to be made to my walls.  I will definately use them again in the future for any clog that is beyond a regular plumbing company.

Plumber had to work in a small area to replace the pipe coupling and elbow. He did a very good job in a reasonable length of time.

The plumber could not make the original time frame because of extra time needed for the previous appointment. He did call ahead of time to let us know of a delay in meeting our appointment which was much appreciated. This was not a big issue his he was courteous enough to call us in advance. Again very good work.

"It took a while before I actually heard from the company. I'm not sure if this was the fault of company or Angie's List. All communication was done by email through Angie's List. So instead of having the plumber out while on vacation I had to waste a Saturday waiting for the plumber. My appointment was for 9 am, but due to an emergency he didn't arrive until 12:30 pm. One of my problems was a leaking kitchen sink. The plumber said the pipe only needed to be tighten, which he did. However, about a week later it was leaking again. So I took to youtube and Home Depot and discovered I needed a less than $2.00 washer, which I purchased and installed myself. So far no leaks.
My other problem was a leaking kitchen faucet. The plumber said it was too old to be repaired and made suggestions for replacement which ranged from $200 - $500. So once again I went to Home Depot and purchased the parts for under $20 and made the repairs myself ( I had replaced a washer before, so knew how). So far no more leaking faucet.
