Great job of installation. |This unit works with flu open or shut.  With flu closed, the heat rises out and heats up the wood mantle.  I had to buy a metal shield for the mantle. |In future I will not buy a pilot light or a remote control. The pilot makes a hissing noise in a quiet room. The remote only works sometimes. |"
