"Mike and his team did a great job with installation of a complete new HVAC system involving a ducted system on the 1st floor and mini splits on the 2nd floor (this set up best accommodated our house for function and zoning). Their experience and knowledge was demonstrated by their well planned work and installation, including working around existing conditions such as tight crawl spaces, as well as coordination with existing plumbing, electrical, structural components, etc. They coordinated and were accommodating of requests for equipment and vent locations. And they started and completed the work as promised. I would highly recommend them."

"From the first call to rep (Millisa) to the tech who did the repair was customer friendly and effiecent I hired them for a repair in my father's house they had a tech there within 2 hours repaired the problem and pricing was great. I was so impressed I hired this company for a plumbing issue in my own home. Tech showed up ON time pricing was in line with job done I recommened this company to my neighbor and would recommend them in the future. GREAT customer service"

"I had a great experience with Nate. He was extremely knowledgeable about A/C systems and was far more well-versed than many other companies in the area. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the issue and solution. Nate was also very friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated his expertise and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Nate to anyone needing HVAC service."

"Very quick and timely response for a non-functioning ac unit. Found the problem quickly and replaced part. Clearly explained the problem and all options. Was so impressed I subscribed to have them as our service provider."

"They fixed my heat pump by getting the motor fan operational. Previosly Cinch Home Warranty had another company do a repair that failed when the fan became detached. The warranty company said it was part of an “exterior part” and wouldn’t repair or replace the unit. I was searching for Hvac companies to replace the unit and Shore2Shore said “let’s see what we can do.” Voila they reengineered the fan install and it is humming happily along. This has saved us $$$$$$’s!"

"During this very cold winter, I wanted my HVAC system checked out, esp after the fan were frozen in place before being de-iced by me. The service person was great. He checked my system and was able to answer my questions. Thank you."

"We were so lucky to find Horizon services to fix our air conditioning. I called at 8 am and by 2 pm our conditioning was fixed. Excellent service and communication."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

From the first phone call to a minor question with the final invoice, I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Air Temp Solutions to anyone."
