"I had a very dirty a/c unit, and didn't want to clean it myself. Was afraid of damaging the fins, plus it hadn't been serviced for years prior to us purchasing this duplex. The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He cleaned it very well, then check the furnace filter which was also very dirty, replaced it. Also checked the R22 level, had to put a lb in and then checked the output of cold air. It was perfect. Told me the approximate age of unit and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended."

"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Mike and his crew member did an excellent job with the new installation. They were very hardworking and it was done in no time. "They replaced both my furnace and air conditioner (coil and outside unit), removed and disposed of my old units, installed a whole house humidifier, and cleaned my ductwork. They were very professional and personable, and completed everything but the ductwork cleaning in one day. I wasn't able to be home for the entire project, but they raised and leveled the new air conditioning unit as I requested, and explained the functioning of the wi-fi thermostat before I left, and all the installation areas were clean when I came home. They completed the ductwork cleaning on a different date, and this service was also done very well. My only concerns or "complaints" would be that they used clean rounded stone beneath the air conditioning unit and I'm not convinced that it won't shift or settle over time; and they removed a vent that supplied heat to the basement so now the basement is very cold."
