"I'm never been one to leave reviews; neither good or bad. However, the service I was granted from First Response Restoration was quite remarkable to say the least. The team at First Response Restoration really got me out of a uncomfortable pickle and served it to me as chewable as possible. I was out of town with my family for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and at this time my aging copper pipes decided to have a bladder deficiency and proceeded to push off the ever slightest tinkle of a stream. Needless to say I came back to an unexpected swimming pool so deep one might assume to get his diver's license, as this may be fitting with the abundance of water over staying its welcome. The ever so "helpful and utilitarian" insurance vultures that I've employed for many years, without the slightest need of their toils, decided that after two weeks of continued water damage due to the lack of acknowledgement on the part of the unbeknownst homeowner, us, was not going to be covered. However the team at First Response Restoration guided us through the labyrinth of bureaucratic maelstroms and chaperoned our unfortunate project to completion minimizing any of the inevitable headaches that go along with a disaster such as whirlpools and tsunamis held up in our basement letting their associates, mold and mildew, run rampant among our basement's dwindling vestiges. A very sincere Thanks to Mike and Jana with their team there at First Response Restoration. Had it not been for the finding of those angels I might have very well fitted myself out for the Olympics in domination of the breast stroke event."

"Had the pleasure of working with Rob at the Phoenix Group, who assured my expectations were met. After a waterline break at my property on Indian Mountain, their team did a phenomenal job with the pack-out, storage, and water mitigation, as well as installing the new carpet and working with USAA. I can definitely recommend them."

"I had the pleasure of working with MRS for water damage restoration, and their service was exceptional. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They efficiently assessed the damage, explained the process clearly, and used their equipment to restore my home. Their communication throughout the project was awesome. I highly recommend them."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"He first charged me $6600 and then he ended up charging me an extra $300. I trusted this guy because I thought he knew what he was doing. When I sent in a report, it turned out when the inspector came out to do an inspection on it, he didn't even look at the recess lighting. He did not even care that I had sent in a report. I wasted all my money because I needed work done right away. When I asked the guy about it, he said that he didn't know that the inspector wouldn't look at it. He's been years in this business and is a professional. He made a big deal about the whole thing. He charged me for some other stuff as well. He charged me for putting a hose outside my house. He put in things which were not needed. It was just awful. I will never deal with him again. He's just ridiculous. I would not recommend him to anyone. He sounds really nice on the phone but when it comes down to the bottom line, he will over charge you. He also recommended a person to do our electrical work. So he was very upset when I decided to take up some more bids and go to somebody else. The price was awful. I had to pay extra. He was punctual though. He was snarling and rude with me when I asked him questions. I would absolutely not use his services again in the future."
