"Our units are ten years old.  The technician (Brandon) was fantastic.  Professional, thorough and knew what he was talking about when I asked him questions.    I had a lot of questions since we inherited these units from the previous owners and we just moved in a couple months back.  He tool the time to explain things thoroughly and how they worked and what to expect down the road.  He mentioned that he enjoyed working for the company and he loved that they made him do a lot of straining to stay up to current.  I liked that, and thought it was great to hear.   I used the Angie's list coupon I found which only was good for one system, but they honored the same price for the other unit as well.  Great service and value.   He did mention we needed a few items to bring it to code, which we passed on and will revisit them in Spring when we call them back to check things out again.

"AC went out on Saturday night. I called Advanced Air Systems at 12 pm on Sunday. The technition (David Black) came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He gave me repair options from used part, new part, or new system. He was willing to do any of the above for us. We decided to go with the new system. The technition called his parts distributor and had them open up on Sunday so they could repair our system and make sure we didn't have to spend another night without AC. The unit was installed for the price quoted and there were no surprised charges. Do ask for David Brown to do the repair work."

We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work.
