"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"AJ was great! We bought our house roughly 5 years ago and recently in last two months when it heavily rained it would cause our toilets to gargle. Turns out the old owners did not put the correct T pipe attachment on when they last serviced the house. This piece was crucial to proper drainage. AJ Took the time to explain this thoroughly and even took a picture of it so I did not have to get down in the hole myself to see it. Customer service is key to any business and AJ did a fabulous job all around. Efficiency, explaining, speaking, etc. I will be using you guys in the future and if AJ is still hanging around by the time I need service again I’ll specifically be requesting him. Thanks guys for leading the way for all blue collars workers!"

He was very honest and thorough and let us know that we did not in fact have evidence of significant water incursion into our crawlspace. He did not feel that we needed any repairs to our crawlspace but offered advice on maintaining our sump pump to avoid issues in the future. I will definitely recommend American Crawlspace Solutions to others and use them in the future for any issues that come up in our crawlspace."

My yard was clean afterwards. </p> <p>I have tried to get them back out for a small ridge vent job and they said they would come and do it, and gave me a price we agreed on, but have not and now my ceiling in the other part of my home will have to be repaired because of the delay of them coming back for the small job and the rain we have had.</p> <br />"
