"Herrera's Brick and Land Service did an amazing job updating our patio. The proposal and estimate process was clear and well documented. They were able to start work right away. The whole crew was very professional and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them for any project! A+"

"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"

"The work was wonderful. I called and set up an appointment with the owner Pete who came on time. We went over the project & He listened to my thoughts & ideas. He didn't try to sell me a new product ..I wanted to re-use the bricks I had which are the old Chicago pavers. I was very pleased with Pete's knowledge and understanding. His bid wasn't the highest nor lowest I'd received but it was fair. I am so happy I went with StoneMark. Pete was easy to work with, he knew what he was doing & he's very knowledgeable. His crew was amazing as well. They were very reliable, hardworking, worked well together & also knew what they were doing. The job was completed in two days and it look besutiful. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend StoneMark and would use them again in a heart beat."

"Martin and his team were very professional. The work done was priced fairly and the outcome far exceeded my expectations. I travel extensively and left the project in their hands. Martin's excellent sense of design and fine craftsmenship resulted in a great kitchen and bath. I strongly recommend them."

"Successful project that was done well. Floor is smooth and level throughout. Transition to other rooms is smooth."

"It was a state of art. They were on time, and they did it really perfect. And everything was done to code. It was very finished work."

"We ended up not using this company due to their slow response time to questions and formal proposals."
