"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"Tim and his team exceeded every expectation I have. I am an educated consumer of home improvement services and have contracted for numerous projects over the past 10 years in a 100 year old bungalow. The TDH team was the easiest and by far the best to work with of all contractors. They responded within an hour to my initial request and was on site the same day to inspect the site and assess my needs. The On-site team of Chris, Bernie, and Zeorge also installed a two zone system with computerized controls attached to two smart thermostats. The work was scheduled to 2 days of on site activity. The team arrived exactly on time, 7AM,on the scheduled day. They laid down drop cloths and 100% of all debris and trash was removed. They were completely done by the 2nd day, on schedule. When the work was done, the job site was spotless, Chris did the walk through and review of all the new equipment, answering every one of my numerous questions. The work was flawless and neat.
