Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. We're on their maintenance plan so we hope that will mean better service in the future."

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. I would definitely use All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning again and recommend them to anyone dealing with air conditioning issues."

"Honest, reasonable, timely & has done work for my family for 15 years. New HVAC unit recently completed. What can I say about Full Efficiency and Carlos? I have been using them for a decade and my entire family for longer. Carlos always puts the customer first, whatever it takes. As an example my HVAC unit had begun to drip & rust. Most companies would just call it normal conditions, and run. Not Carlos. He called the manufacturer and went to bat for me. A few weeks later I learned that Full Efficiency was able to convince the manufacturer to replace my unit at minimal cost. There are few if any companies that would have taken the time or even cared. Most in fact, would try to sell you a new unit. Again that's not the way Carlos works if you need a new HVAC unit he'll tell you. If all it needs is a repair, he'll tell you that too."
