"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "The service guy came to check the air conditioner for me because we were in for a heat wave. He was honest and told me that he had never seen an air conditioner in such good condition for being about 40 years old. He told me that I could get it cleaned or tuned up, but I really should just leave it as is if it was working. He did not press me to do repairs that were not necessary and gave me some general information on what I should do it I ever wanted to needed it to be replaced. I was very happy to hear that everything was in order and that I would not have to spend any money to keep it running."
