"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I was so impressed with Chris (the owner) and how he does business I ended up replacing a significant amount of my HVAC system having full confidence he would do an excellent job for a great price. He had to order equipment which came in within two business days and he immediately installed everything. He was so worried about my family being uncomfortable over the weekend in 90 degree temps he went way above and beyond to ensure we limped our broken system through the weekend and it worked.
