The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. "They really are 'good guys'! Not only did they fix the problem (our sump pump stopped working), but they were very honest with us about it. They could have tried to sell us a new sump pump, but they took the old one out (which really isn't very old), and they repaired it right there on the spot. They also made some changes in the pipe that it was connected to (shortened and repositioned it) so the problem wouldn't happen again. We've actually used them again since this initial experience and they were just as great. They're reasonably priced and I highly recommend them."

"I called at 8:15 a.m., explained that I had a leak between the water shut-off to the house and the connection pipe to the yard's sprinkler system.  They were able to schedule someone to be there between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. that day but said it would probably be between 9:00 and 9:30.  Sure enough, the plumber arrived about 9:15, quickly assessed the problem, explained clearly what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and did a fantastic job of replacing the leaking pipes and made the installation much better than it had been when originally installed. He also noticed that there was a leak between the faucet and where I attach the hose and he tightened and sealed this connection so it no longer leaks.   He cleaned everything up when he finished.  I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price and that this was truly a "professional craftsman".  Terrific job!"

"The Gas company detected a gas leak and I really needed a good plumber fast - I didn’t know you needed a plumber to find and fix gas leaks in your house. I contacted several but Motion was the most reasonable and they explained exactly the process so I understood what was happening. They were prompt in fixing the problem the next day and very easy to communicate with with. They offered a great warranty and took the time to walk me through the work they performed. "I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater.
