In addition to the replacement of the downstairs system, I have had ongoing years and years of problems with my upstairs unit with it neither cooling or heating effectively.  It has been looked at and "worked on" many times. NO ONE in the past had identified that the duct work was failing and needed resealed in many places, nor the fact that the attic fan was not only not working but was entirely disconnected.  These things were fixed for me on a separate visit - and my upstairs is now so cold in summer that I had to add blankets!  Love it!

Terrone said my furnace did not need a cleaning, passing up an opportunity to charge me for something I thought I needed, and repaired my humidifier for less than the cost the other company had quoted for merely removing it.
