In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. "I had a leak at the joint where the hot tap water hose connects to the pipe in my upstairs bathroom sink.  I tried to replace the hose but the leak had been there for awhile and the joint was very corroded.  When I tried to remove the joint to replace, it caused the connection from the pipe to the joint behind the wall to come loose, and that caused a leak behind the wall.  At this point I was freaking out because I'm an amateur at plumbing, and something I thought would be a simple hose replace turned out to be a huge disaster.  I called Joe that night, which was after hours, and he came out early the next day.  I was not at home when he came out, but my boyfriend said he was very nice and priced everything fairly.  After a $25 coupon, from Angie's List, the price was only $155.  That included him making a trip to the store and purchasing the parts, and installing them.  He also put a washer in the drain to fix a leak from a previous plumber's error, and flushed the facet out, because I caused debris to clog it when I was trying to fix it on my own.
My experience with the first plumber was why I decided to try and fix it on my own to save money.  JBC plumbing made me feel a lot more confident that I was not getting ripped off, and he was very nice and understanding.  If I have any future problems with the plumbing in the house I won't hesitate to call Joe again, I would recommend him to anyone.
