Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Very professional. They worked with me on pricing because I have a unique and older system. Only issue was that some of the basement got excess vent stuff blown around thru gaps in the duct work. I had asked about if I needed to move any of the stuff and was told I didn't by one guy. The cleaning did create a bit of a mess due to gaps in my ducts that were not fully taped. I should have taped them off better before doing this service, but I would have liked that advice from them. Cannot totally blame them and they credited me $ for the issue which was very welcome. They were very good with customer service and i would use them again and recommend them to others. Just know what you are doing when getting this type of service.
