"Very professional. They worked with me on pricing because I have a unique and older system. Only issue was that some of the basement got excess vent stuff blown around thru gaps in the duct work. I had asked about if I needed to move any of the stuff and was told I didn't by one guy. The cleaning did create a bit of a mess due to gaps in my ducts that were not fully taped. I should have taped them off better before doing this service, but I would have liked that advice from them. Cannot totally blame them and they credited me $ for the issue which was very welcome. They were very good with customer service and i would use them again and recommend them to others. Just know what you are doing when getting this type of service. No matter what company, there are things to be aware of and take actions on to avoid getting dust stuff everywhere. Nature of the service."
