"It was an amazing experience! I called and he was at my house to give an estimate within days. When he came over he was prepared with a book of before and after photos to help us decide exactly what we wanted. He also brought stone samples and helped us choose what was best for our natural pathway. He gave us several options and a detailed estimate that day. We called him back to schedule our paver pathway and he came over the next day to have us sign the completed contract. He completed the work within weeks (he was very thoughtful to get us in so quickly as he was already taking bookings for the next spring). The total cost was exactly what the contract stated, no hidden fees, not a penny more. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism, and how utterly beautiful our front walk way looks.
