"I called them on Tuesday.  Since I didn't know exactly what was causing the problem, he quoted me the price for a visit and the rate for troubleshooting.  He showed up around 8:15am as we had discussed the night before and he called in advance of showing up.  He wore foot protection and promptly got to work.  After about an hour and a half, attempting multiple fixes he ended up replacing the back flow\pressure regulator (where the water line comes into the house) and the issue was resolved.  He diagnosed it as a problem with the volume of water we were receiving and not necessarily the pressure.  The valve was restricting the flow.
