They look to see ""what is going to go wrong"", rather than wait for things to break that ""WILL"" go wrong (and cost you more in the long run). "I had quotes from 4 companies and verified in writing it was the exact same work. Two of the companies were double and triple the others. Ray with TCCLLC was not only the most reasonable, seemed the most knowledgeable and offered the earliest completed on time line. I hired them and they came, completed the work on time, cleaned up really well (although I asked them not to go into bedrooms where I had sequestered my pets) AND then Ray came back and went into the attic to check the work by Marcos crew. Also very happy during the clean up they separate what could be recycled."

"My experience with Johnny on the spot was outstanding! They were able to come give me an estimate within 24 hours of contacting them. Jose showed up within the scheduled window, took a look at things, asked what I was interested in, and provided me with quotes. I told him that my wife and I would discuss them and get back with him. We decided the night of getting the quote that we wanted Johnny on the Spot to take care of replacing our Furnace and Air Conditioner. I let him know via text and he told me that he would have an answer to my other question the next morning. He said the install team was going to load things up and would be at my house around 9 (less than 45 minutes from then).
