"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

I hired them for that installation. - Then I hired them to replace PEX plumbing and my water line. - Then I hired them to install a sump-pump. - Then I hired them to install a whole-House water filter. - Most recent hire was today for servicing our on-demand Water Heater, servicing / replacing filter in our whole-house water heater, and installing a kitchen faucet. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who asks. I would have hired them to replace our HVAC system if I had known then (in 2018) that they do Plumbing, Septic, and HVAC! We have them service our HVAC, now.
