"Daniel is always on time and calls to let us know that he is on his way. He is efficient friendly and very professional. We have been using Short Pump Heating and Air since they installed our Carrier furnace and Daniel was part of the installation team. We couldn't ask for a better combination."

"It went very well. We thought we had a leak in the main coming in from the street, but it turned out to be a leak in our irrigation system. They did a great job of uncovering it quickly and repairing it without anything dramatic happening."

"Dell came out within 90 minutes and made the leaky sink repair in less than 40 minutes. The water was running down behind the sink to the floor. His quick service call and ability to quickly fix was the reason there was no damage to the drywall. We also used U.S. Pipe a few years ago to replace the main water line at another home. Great company!"

"The representative came out to look at my main house water valve under the house to make sure it wasn’t leaking. He said all was well. Very professional and informative. I will definitely call on them again."

"The plumber responded right away and kept me apprised of his arrival well within the time window they gave me. The plumber was cordial and knowledgeable. He also had resources to contact if there was a special condition with our hot water pipes fed by gas heat. He was very observant and checked the pipes for frozen areas. He was able to create warmth needed to make the hot water flow again. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We are dripping all the hot water faucets also now, not just the cold faucets. Thank you, White's Plumbing and Repair, for helping us in this long frozen period we are experiencing."

"Very responsive and completed work in under an hour. HOWEVER, the problem was the price - $410. For an hour's work, with supplies at about $50. That is $360/hour labor. I checked internet sources, average cost should not be over $200. When I complained, it appears that they have a minimum 4 hour charge. Here is the exact quote from an email from the company "We use straight forward pricing for all work performed which we have levels for work to be performed if it takes 15 mins or 4 hours price doesn't change we don't have hourly price." I don't think this type of job would ever take 4 hours, I am not sure why the base price is $410. When I told them of other work that needed to be done on the bathtub, such as a leaky overflow, they did not offer to fix it under the same price structure. Also, they installed the water knobs so they turn opposite what they should (counter-clockwise to turn off instead of clockwise)."

"Pete replaced water filter under the sink, which provided more space for storage. Excellent job done and he made me aware of and labeled the lines for the shut off valves as well as informed me where to locate the replacement filter model number. Thanks for your service!"

"I have worked with Tony on several projects ranging from as small a punch list of repairs for a homeowner selling a property and as large as a full renovation where we completely remodel the entire home literally from top to bottom. Every time he is punctual and does quality within our deadlines. There is no job too small or too big that him and his team can’t handle!!!"
