"Service was alright. I thought they were going to do more than what they did do, because they only did one. I have 2 air conditioners. It seems like you get less than you think you’re going to get. I was thinking they would do more of a service, but they didn’t. You had to buy into their program or whatever, where you could get more service. They do advertise for their servicing. They have a year round program, which I didn’t sign up for. It wasn’t an inconvenience, they are just trying to promote their business like most people do. The price was reasonable. I would not use this provider again – not in this lifetime."

"Service representative was friendly and very professional. Very informative!"

"Fast response and the technician found the problem within 10 minutes. They also checked the unit for other possible problems and found everything was okay. They took photos of the problem and showed explained the situation and how they can prevent the problem in the future. Their office mad a follow up call the next day to make sure we were satisfied. They know customer service and keep their technicians updated all the time. Thank you AlyAins Heating and AC, Inc, doing business as Aire Serv of Liberty. This is not an ad for them, but a retired couple who long great service that we can trust. Give them a call when you need HVAC work (336)660-0999."

"Great from the moment he answered the phone! Thankfully got an appointment the same day. Very professional and courteous. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of service (which we had) or maintenance (we plan on hiring him for in the future). Best experience I've ever had with a heating and ac company."

"I've worked with them for 12 years, high integrity, quick service and always honest."

"Very quick and professional response from the company. Tech Curtis responded quickly, arrived on time, very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and repaired immediately. Would definitely hire again and recommend!"

"I was blown away by my experience with Shamrock. 2 other companies told me I needed a new unit and that my 6 yr old unit was basically junk. Shamrock found the small hole instantly ( others did not even check for it), showed me exactly what was wrong and what would fix it, came the following morning and repaired my unit for a fraction of what it would've cost me anywhere else. My AC has been running perfectly ever since. Will and Bobby were nothing short of professional, caring and efficient. I highly recommend their services and can't thank them enough for their honesty and expertise!"

"Carl was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! I was able to get a same-day AC repair, and he provided 3 options and explained each of them thoroughly. He was truthful and not willing to quickly offer the most expensive repair, which my family appreciates given we have been serviced by several other companies in the past. I am pleased with the service and highly recommend Boyd's!"

"Adam showed up early and worked nonstop until the job was finished with only a few breaks to run to get parts. He did not go over budget whatsoever and was a pleasure to work with! We’ll have him back for all our servicing and repairs in the future!"

"Fast professional most reasonable. I will ues this company when needed in the future."
