Price for replacing our water heater was as quoted and very reasonable compared to other local plumbing services that quoted the same job. The water heater is a name brand with a warranty. "Morgan Pitman provided same day service to install a 50 gal tall gas water heater. Excellent customer service and workmanship while providing maintenance education. Old heater lasted 12 years so the cost and installation for replacement was staggering but less than competitors."

"Prompt, diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced faulty parts in leaking toilet. Two weeks later the flush handle broke and they replaced that also; implementing service call and parts only but deducted labor charge and adjusted for senior citizen. Highly recommended."
