"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy.
