"Daniel helped us resolve a very difficult and stressful roofing problem. We had a new roof installed on our home, but it was not done properly. Daniel carefully inspected the situation, worked with us to develop a solution, and installed a high-quality roof built to last. He also helped us determine the right ventilation system, giving us confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend Daniel for inspecting, planning, and installing residential flat roofs."

"I couldn’t be happier with Franos Roofing! Arek, the owner, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He handled everything from A to Z and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. What impressed me the most was that I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all. Arek took care of everything, communicated with me throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled properly. The workmanship was excellent, the whole experience was professional, and the results look fantastic! It’s hard to find a contractor you can truly trust, but I’m so glad I chose Franos Roofing. I highly recommend Arek and Franos Roofing — 5 stars all the way! Thank you for the outstanding work! 🙌🏠"

"John was the first one to answer my call said he would be happy to come out and look at my roof. I had a small leak that came inside the house. I had someone else come out and tried to see if I was able to get a new roof. Not enough damage. I called John back and he was here when he said he was I'm very happy with what he did to repair the roof. Thank you very much Bruce"

"TTLC was the BEST Roofing Company that I have ever used. They did an excellent job, the crew was professional and did the install in one day. The project manager Sergio was on site three times during the installation and always available via text or cellphone. The entire company is very client focused. My house looks amazing! I would give them more than 5 stars…top notch. You can’t go wrong with this company. Linda W."
