The final cost was a little bit higher than the quote, but that may be because it took him longer to install it since his assistant was not working with him that day. The replaced windows look great, and I couldn't be happier with the results!"

"Bill took on a very challenging job of inserting a sister joist onto a broken first floor joist. This occurred in two places in the basement. Much of the work involved cutting and replacing wires and water pipes. This one day job turned into three days. He earned every penny of his fee. I look forward to his work passing the building inspection."
