Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber. Great guy, great service and definitely a great price. *My husband was very impressed that he answered the phone himself."

"Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Promptness of service, very professional work ethic with great success, and very reasonable cost. Better yet they let this old Do it yourselfer watch and answered all my questions about what was going on.
