"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. "I called Chandler Roofing after I discovered a roof leak after the large storms we had in Jan 2010. They told me upfront that there were a lot of calls after the storms and that it would be approx. 2 weeks before they could get inspect my roof. Within 2 weeks they inspected the roof and gave my a very fair estimate and timeframe for repairing the leak and replacing 20 roof tiles. They called and said they could get to my house sooner than planned if that was okay. They showed up and did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and billed me exactly what they had estimated. We've yet to have any heavy rain since the repairs were made, so I will update the report if there are any further roof problems, but Chandler Roofing was a pleasure to work with and very reliable."
