"Our tenant called saying that the hot water heater was leaking and the only shut off valve was for the entire house. I called Terry Vereen Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours. Once assessed and I agreed that a new heater was needed, they began to remove the old while a new one was being delivered. They were fast and thorough! They also installed a shut-off valve at the heater."

"I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."

"1000% Perfection!!!!! whole house re piped Let me start out by saying I am not easily impressed. My husband and I were without water in our newly bought home for a week, after calling several companies we were let down and left again without any running water to our home. I happened to do another search for a plumbing company and expected the same let down but, Duck Duck Rooter came through. Sean, came down, did a assessment and explained to me every detail that was needed and that would take place. Sean, assembled a team which was Mike & Enoch and we could not have asked for a better team. They went above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Mike & Enoch, took extreme care not to let my beloved cats out while going in and out, they kept their work areas clean and made sure not to destroy or make a mess of my house. Mike & Enoch, treated me and my home with respect which I appreciate more than anything. They are welcomed at our house anytime when they are in t"

"service was done very well and on time AND they cleaned up."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"There were a few hiccups that resulted in leaks in the house. A lack of communication we never knew when someone was coming to work on the roof or not and phone calls went unanswered. Jaime was great with communication and he hand delivered needed material but I guess he is gone and that’s a shame because he was a great guy and kept his promises. In the end all of the leaks are gone and they sent in a guy to repair the damaged interior areas and he was fantastic. I know some of the things that happened were beyond their control but 5 weeks to complete the job with the roof leaking was crazy and caused stress. As stated they took care of the damage inside of the house. Thank you Total Home Roofing for all of your hard work it is appreciated."

"Matt was at our home 2 hours after we discovered that our hot water heater had leaked all under our flooring a good part of our house. We started the drying out process that day and continued until dry. Matt is responsive, polite and a pleasure to deal with in a very trying time. We have signed up to have Integrity Restoration do our rebuild and know it will be handled as professionally as the Water Damage Restoration was. Highly recommend! Do not hesitate to call this wonderful company."
