"Very well. Brick was a perfect match, which was a miracle given the nearly 100 year old age of the house. Workers were efficient and polite; clean up was excellent."

"Very good carpenter skills . Looks really nice . <br />Only thing I thought was kinda not appropriate was it states in <br />The contract they will use off premises bathrooms and they both <br />Asked to use are bathroom not one but twice . <br />The labor was very expensive beings that it was $750 to just Install the two doors . Their work is very nice but I think $750 is a Bit much . <br />"

"Outstanding. House sparkles, literally. Prompt in arrival, very professional in interactions with owner, prompt in communications by text, phone and email. Just needed to hook up to our water, and had all the tools needed to do the job which included some pretty high points on the house and chimney. Will be setting up biannual work on the house."

"They did a good job. They came out pretty much when they say they would and they did get it done. I found them from Angie's List and they have a lot of good reviews but the thing that I didn't like was he said that it would only take like a day or two and it sounds like he didn't communicate well. The first time I called they didn't call me back and I tried to contacted them through the e-mail from Angie's List and the owner that comes checked that out really quick. So he came, he check and saw that I e-mailed and I talked to one of his workers between that. He got right back to me as soon as he got involved. He got the estimate and we talked about the job. They came out here and they ended up working week and what it sounds like was however he delegated the job, he didn't delegate enough people for the job that needed to get done. It rained when they are in the middle of working and they covered my porch roof but it leaked a little bit. It didn't turn out that anything was really injured, they really felt sorry about that and offered to do anything that I needed to to make it right. I got my job done and got it done well but there were definitely some glitches. They cleaned up nicely. The employees were nice and the employee that was on site felt terrible, he felt that it was taking so long for it to go through, he felt that he must calculated and I guess what happened was he had ordered the roofing for the porch and it was suppose to be delivered but our delivery time was off. He felt like it can get it done before the rain comes but then because it wasn't delivered on time he was not able to do that and got into trouble. Then the owner came out to find out what was going on, he's going 'Oh my God, we really didn't put enough people on this job which the guy actually out here didn't say all along', but generally they were professional group and they know what they were doing."

"John gave me what I thought was a decent estimate that was in line with everyone else. He gave me a date for the work to be completed, but they didnt arrive on that date. On that they that they didn't arrive, I had cancelled an appointment to stay home that morning. When I called him, he was in Iowa working at his other location. When I let him know that I had cancelled an appointment to be here for the work, he said "Did we inconvenience you?" in an unfriendly tone. The crew came to do the work on a weekend. John is not a good communicator at all. John had told me that he was going to resurface the floor. I did not understand what that meant and assumed it was putting in new concrete because he did not explain it. I saw that the crew was just chopping up the floor and going to fill in the cracks. When I stopped them and contacted John, he said he had it noted down as resurfacing. When I explained to him that the he did not explain what resurfacing meant to me, he got upset and said I had to pay more. He first said the job would cost an extra $800. When I declined it, he offered the work to be done at an extra $400. After the job was complete, it was done nicely. When I advised him how many companies on Angie's List offer discounts to members, I asked what type of discount he offered. He said that he would add some decorations to the sidewalk and that was done. Also, when I saw that dirt needed to be replaced in the trenched along each side of the driveway and sidewalk, he said I would need to call someone else. I had to pay another contaractor $300 for the dirt to be filled after they finished the driveway and sidewalk. The work took three days and he only stopped by once to oversee the job and that was when we had the arguement over the garage floor. The product and quality of service was good, but the communication was bad. The workers did a good job and they worked hard. However, I would not recommend this company to someone else as I felt that dealing with John was not appropriate. He didn't offer good customer service in what I see in terms of what I feel is appropriate customer service for what a person would normally expect. <br />"

"Our front and back porch had settled over the years. After several attempts to find a company that would provide a cost-effective solution to fix our front and back porch, a neighbor gave us a reference. After contacting Juan, he stopped by in less than an hour to provide an elegant solution at a reasonable price. <br /> <br /> Juan bills himself as a and quot;Masonry Artistand quot; and after watching him work and seeing the finished product, we couldn't agree more. During the estimation process, we described the basics of what we looking for, then Juan described what he could do and was even better that we'd ever imagined. <br /> <br /> Our front and back porches look so much better than if we'd gone a more expensive route and simply removed and replaced them with newer cement porches. They are truly works of art and our neighbors agree. <br /> <br /> He and his two co-workers worked very hard to please and stand behind their work. <br /> <br />"
