"This company is a treasure! I had a gas leak last week in the heart of the coldest weather in ten years: PSE&G just shut off the gas and left; and Alex was the only plumber who responded, to my urgent calls for help as the house cooled down. He was reassuring, came that day to take a look, arrived punctually with a helper the next day, and did a 3-hour repair (it involved work outside and in a crawl space) quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He cleaned up thoroughly, and left me with heat back on and hot water restored. PSE&G came the next day to remove the red tag and approve his work. All this for a third of the price the big companies wanted to charge me! In addition, he spotted duct work that had been dangerously incorrectly installed on the new furnace and warned me - the company who did the installation has just been over and has agreed to remediate the duct work free of charge. - Alex is fairly young but experienced, a master plumber, fully licensed, and friendly and h"

Harvey the owner & his excellent team were professional, punctual & attentative to every detail in building my beautiful handicap TREX brown boards & Grey metal railings ramp to my front door. This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. "I paid an excessive amount of money to replace the heating system. The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

"Dear Michael & Son Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of service I received today. As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. I did not feel valued as a customer, nor did I receive the level of service your company promotes. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss this matter and understand how you intend to resolve it. "Michelle setup my appointment. She was polite and professional. She also asked the correct questions to understand the clog I was dealing with in the main line going out of the house. Fabian arrived onsite at the appointed time and day. Fabian surveyed all my plumbing line before starting the job. He took care of my clog in record time and charged a fair price.
