"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Dan and his Dylan were phenomenal. I contacted Dan a few weeks ago when I noticed the blower fan on one outdoor AC unit was not working. Dan was booked out for a few weeks for regular maintenance service calls (and now I can I understand why he's in high demand). I did not need urgent service since the weather was fair and I had another AC unit to hold us over. Dan was able to special order a new motor ahead of our appointment and bring it with him. Besides being very friendly, and of course, punctual and professional, he was very easy to work with when discussing overall HVAC concerns in my home that we recently moved into. After repairing the fan motor for a great price, they also did an above-and-beyond cleaning+fixups on the indoor and outdoor units. Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with their service and will have them back in the fall for winter readiness and potentially to rework some ducts (my idea, not his)....and I hope for many years to come! "Adem at AAC was amazing and I highly recommend him for HVAC services. I had two HVAC units that needed replacement after 25+ years of operation. He performed the job quickly with his helper and left everything clean. Since this was a large job, I reached out to 3 other companies for quotes including some very large names and another family operated business. Adem was the last person I met, was more knowledgeable, and provided a reasonable price. His quote was significantly cheaper than the large, brand name company that operates in the area and in line with the more reasonable operators but provided slightly better equipment. I ultimately chose him after speaking with a neighbor who provided a great recommendation for him as well. The process was smooth, both units inside and out were completed within a day and half with little to no oversight or bother to me (I work from home). After the units were installed he filed inspection paperwork and was in contact with me until that was complete. My first mechanical inspection failed, because of faulty work that was done by a prior technician. Adem had warned me about those potential minor issues before he left as well. Adem immediately returned and fixed those issues at no additional cost. I saved Adem's information and will never waste my time getting other quotes if I ever have an issue with my system at this property or any others in the area. There is no reason to go with anyone else just leave it to Adem."

"Had a problem with my dryer and when the repair tech showed up he told me it was a vent issue and recommended Murphy's. They scheduled me up within a few days, confirmed, arrived on time, and finished up within and hour or so. They not only cleaned out my dryer vent, they repaired it in a way I would not have been able to and gave my wife and I some tips we were unaware of that will save the life of our dryer in the long-term. Their price was reasonable for the labor and the parts, they were totally professional and would recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent service. "Mike Zam and his worker Albert cleaned all my air ducts, registers, and dryer vent. I paid $530 for the first 15 ducts and vents. After that I paid $20 per additional duct and vent. I paid $100 for the dryer vent cleaning for a total of $740. While the work was being completed Mr. Zam made a strong sales pitch for another $1400 to be paid for an Air Scrubbers Plus--a whole house air purifier which is attached to the furnace. He also strongly advised me to pay another $310 to have the coil blades in my furnace cleaned. (I got him down to $270) While he was taking the bottom part of my Lennox furnace apart he received a phone call. He then told me he had to leave and than another service man would call me the next day to do the job. As a result, I had time to call my HVAC service man to discuss these high price additions. He informed me that neither was needed. I checked online regarding the Air Scubbers Plus and found out that the whole- house air purifier's effectiveness greatly diminishes the farther away a room is from the unit. After the men (about 2 1/2 hrs or so) I discovered a lower register hanging off the wall in my living room. In my bedroom the upper and lower registers were reinstalled backwards, making it impossible to slide the lever controlling the louvers. To move the lever necessitated a hammer and a screwdriver. My recommendation to anyone considering air duct cleaning is to watch the process closely. I did not with Eco Friendly Services. And I regret it."
