The work done matched the estimate (again, my work was pretty straight forward, so this might not be the case in all scenarios). Yes.. in small print on the invoice & separated from all other charges is this Travel and Gas Fee of $69.95 or close to it. Mind you their business location is but maybe 4-5 miles at most from my house So I expressed my displeasure at this high rate hidden cost. We agreed to a lower rate Immediately. They were interested in customer satisfaction!! All other prices were very Fair."
