These other companies 1)misdiagnosed the problem 2)tried to push me into a new system even though my system is only 7 years old 3) charged me a fee to replace parts that they never actually replaced. After my repair, my system has been working great since and the pricing was more than reasonable for a real HVAC technician who knows what he's doing. This IS the company you should choose if you need repair or replacement. I never felt pushed. I was walked through the steps and felt like he and his helper wanted to do right by me and not just push me into a sale. I need to replace 2 older systems and I won't call anyone else. I won't look for a cheaper handyman or turn to the "big guys" that dump a ton of money into plastering their logo everywhere but provide awful service.
