"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

"Guardian came to my home after I had used a number of "big" companies to try to diagnose my problem. These other companies 1)misdiagnosed the problem 2)tried to push me into a new system even though my system is only 7 years old 3) charged me a fee to replace parts that they never actually replaced. I chose Guardian from their reviews. Richard came to my home and was able to go through my system and diagnose my problem. After my repair, my system has been working great since and the pricing was more than reasonable for a real HVAC technician who knows what he's doing. This IS the company you should choose if you need repair or replacement. I never felt pushed. I was walked through the steps and felt like he and his helper wanted to do right by me and not just push me into a sale. I need to replace 2 older systems and I won't call anyone else. I won't look for a cheaper handyman or turn to the "big guys" that dump a ton of money into plastering their logo everywhere but provide awful service. Mr. Zeno Pace and his team are expert technicians. His responsiveness is very timely and his pricing is well worth the level of service he gives. I recently had an A/C problem that was covered by my home warranty company. Mr. Zeno helped me understand and articulate the repairs needed so that I would not be taken advantage of by the other contractor.
